  • Execute the following command in terminal
  • or it can be implemented in the bash profile
  1. gconftool-2 -t str -s /apps/gnome-terminal/keybindings/copy "<Control>c"
  2. gconftool-2 -t str -s /apps/gnome-terminal/keybindings/paste "<Control>v"
