1. Powder / grind vasambu (Acorus calamus) and apply on her scalp and leave it for half an hour and wash it off with just plain warm water. .
2. Next week Apply excess oil (sesame oil) on her scalp and leave it for 15 mints and then comb hair with the spl pyen seepu. Make sure when doing this she wears some light colour cloths so if there is any on her cloths could be spotted. Take good head bath withshikakai in hot water
3. General hygiene (you may be alreasy following these) is important as well- using separate comb, taking head bath atleast twice a week etc may help

1. I think the eggs and young ones of louse can move through hands (after scorching the head), dress etc. சீதா பழ விதையை அரைத்து அதனுடன் சிறிது சிகைக்காய் தூளை கலந்து கழப்பி தலையில் தேய்த்து வைத்து 15 நிமிடம் கழித்து குளித்துவந்தால் நல்ல பலன் தெரியும்..
