If you all remember, few days back, Hariharan posted something on நிணநீர் and its importance of its circulation in a day. Proper circulation of நிணநீர் in body itself is a actual detoxification, than any other food based restrictions.

Often I 've heard, people asking me in my surroundings, on how do I maintain the body stature/health at this age without doing anything, & eat anything. I can't tell them, I am not a human, but essentially, I don't do any exercise/walking/jogging specifically for body. If the life style facilitates the நிணநீர் circulation (it could be the way we sit; walk; jump; play; run; work), none of the food restrictions/dedicated exercise required.

Often we failed to understand the difference between *empty stomach* vs *hunger*. Both are not same. Let me define these two. "Hunger" is when the energy level drops down, while "empty stomach" is when energy level is at its equilibrium with its highest efficiency and performance. Keeping *the body at more time in empty stomach state* is an art (& tricky), and require long practice. Here the biggest blind spot is, often we mistake empty stomach as hunger and start filling the stomach left&right. This was trained culturally over the generations, hence it remind as blind spot (eg: The entire Asian race, particularly Indians). Body is at its highest metabolic rate and efficiency only during "empty stomach", not the filled stomach or hunger state.

Another blind spot is the SOPs. When we see someone with the good healthy body, ask him/her what is his/her life-style and start following them (நீ ரெண்டு கிலோமீட்டர் நடக்கிறாயா, நான் நாலு நடக்கறேன்..). This will totally lead to more complications. Every body is unique, require its own way of handling. One can not copy other. The principle has to be realized not the procedures/methods. Most SOPs / doctors' advises available out there are nothing but business models.

While understanding this, let us also acknowledge that "state of mind" has a larger impact on the ATPs spent efficiently. Any deviation from the central state (so called, happiness or the other way) has the direct impact on the way body works. The energy required for our conscious physical work out is less than 1%, while internal metabolism require ~99% of energy, in which significant trigger comes from the way our mind set is. Most times, I hear, "keep mind with positive / happy thoughts will help in better health". This is wrong or a biggest blind spot. Keeping mind happy (positive emotions) will *not* help in efficient metabolism. Rather it only creates a vibes internally and creates a comfort feeling in a short term.

Because I have talked enough on "duality principle of life" 5-6 years back, I would not expand this. No one understood at that point. People may not understand now also. However, at some point later in life (say after, 70), people might start dig into what was said earlier.
